General terms
- Small pets allowed on request (5,00 € per day) and medium-large pets (8,00 Euro per day) allowed on request
- In the apartments it is strictly forbidden to smoke
Included services:
- Weekly change of bed, kitchen and bath-linen
- Sat-TV
- Free internet access (Wi-Fi)
- Parking
- Ski room with ski boot warmer
- Free ski bus to the lifts (only 850 m from the apartments) – the ski bus stops 60 m from the apartments
- Energy and taxes, except the local municipal tourist tax of 2,30 € per person and day for guests aged 14 years or older
- Final cleaning
Apartments have:
- Bed-linen
- Bath-linen
- Kitchen-linen, dishes and cutlery
Reservation:
- Apartment reservation, can be confirmed only when we have received your deposit equal to 30% of total amount
- Apartment is reserved from 3 pm of your arrival day to 9 am of your departure day
Cancellation policy:
Unforeseen circumstances may always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties.
The right of withdrawal is not provided by the Consumer Code.
Nevertheless, we offer the following cancellation terms:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: loss of the confirmation deposit
- Less than 30 days before arrival, late arrivals, lower number of guests, early departures or no show: 100% of the total price is charged
